Very unfair business practices Extremely unprofessional and dishonest business practices. Low pay. Backbiting in the Mountain Home store. Poor communication. No accountability. Lead managers don't care and don't listen. Dishonest people are rewarded. Store employees that are allowed to remain employed gossip in front of customers in a very vindictive and damaging way. Shoplifting by certain employees and their families is overlooked. I couldn't go anywhere in town without a customer who'd shopped in the store recognizing me and complaining about rude staff or asking why so and so was allowed to take anything they wanted from the store free of charge. When the company went through several months not making good profits, their answer was to lie about employees and fire them one by one. Worse, the remaining store employees repeated these lies about these people to customers and other business owners in town. Horrible
