Erratic or avoidant behavior of bosses and unstable work environment An increasing number of senior faculty, well loved by students, are being laid off, without due process while first year teachers stay on. Tenure is non existent. Losing out on experienced teachers, and not promoting a supportive work environment. School is unable to sustain enrollment and families are leaving this school left and right. An inordinate amount of students with special learning disabilities are not getting the services they need on an overrun learning support program.
