Dont waste your time The main boss has a go to phrase, and thats, ?well I never promised? no communication between inner and outer circle of management. No integrity. Cant even follow through with overtime and bonuses. Constantly telling employees to save during peek months for the other 10 months they cant provide a busy schedule. Just adding to previous response. As someone already stated, individualistic environment is correct. No one is helping each other here because they mean it. Everyone has their own hidden agenda and the company can not stick to their word. Between the supervisor taking all the good running jobs to his side private business and keeping his pockets lined, and the company not being able to stay true to their word with things such as steady over time and bonuses, dont waste your time unless you really need somewhere to learn. The company has employee meetings quarterly and talks about words like integrity, responsibility, and other words they know nothing of. YES I know overtime isnt guaranteed, yes I know as a grown adult you guys didnt ?PROMISE? bonuses in writing 6 months ago but a grown mans word is his promise. Dont get me wrong if youre willing to outwork everyone you will get paid. But its a never ending cycle here. People come and go, team is always starting over with new faces and to the ?executive management team? ( top 5 and only 5 bosses lol) this isnt a problem, they will start over a million times if needed. So be weary, overtime is steady one or two months out of the year and they like to lure people in during these times. They cant get material, steady contracts, or the personell to keep stuff flowing as it should here already. Last I heard they eliminated the second part of a bonus used to not lose personel lol so they really dont care about their people, just their parts.
