Formerly Fine, Now Much Less Than
Management was atrocious. Nepotism came in to play, so one manager in particular had carte blanche to be as big of a disrespectful goof as he wanted to be. Many people left because of how poorly he interacted with them. The megalomaniacal, especially when their self-concept is unsubstantiated by actual skill or value, is a nightmare to be near. Also a lot of shady business practices employed-- included shtupping subcontractors and even constantly creating strife and unnecessary stress amongst employees.
