I guess there is an I in team... The firm is not diverse, it is primarily a "white man industry". There is no true management. Managing directors only care about themselves, not the professional development of their employees. There is no knowledge sharing and employee mentoring by long term well known people in the industry. The firms performance objectives are unattainable, unless you are willing to fudge on your billing and infringe on your coworkers successes. Too many smart people get lost in the sidelines while young, inexperienced, egregious suck ups float to the top.
