Awful management. Don?t waste your time! The other numerous negative reviews are accurate. Company overworks everyone without adequate flexibility or reward. Firmwide meetings focus on so-called company successes and opportunities. But salaries are stagnant. Cash bonuses have historically been miserly and are now non-existent. The phantom scheme is dodgy and also miserly. Effective training programs are non-existent. Good people get sacked to save costs even though operations already run very lean. Only people who seem to be doing well are the bungling senior executives who devote most of their time to micromanaging, endless/pointless meetings, and serving as ?yes men? to CEO. Toxic company culture and management is a complete joke and unimpressive. Does not instil any confidence. Management pays lip service to employees and improvements but does not take any concrete steps. Pico will seldom do the right thing and only when pushed. Newly integrated Corvil employees are quickly realising they are in for a world of hurt! Morale is low across the company. Employees are miserable and biding their time to move on. Management is either wilfully ignorant or maybe just doesn?t care. All focus is on gimmicky and fraught sales tactics. Reeks of desperation. No management transparency. Operational decisions are made (and reversed) with poor communication and no input from employee stakeholders who actually know how things operate. Specious CEO considers occasional glad-handing to be good leadership. Overly demanding clients with tight deadlines who are never satisfied. No thank you?s for long nights and weekends. Just constant whingeing and additional work demands. Pico combines the bedlam, terrible workload, and the other shortcomings of a start-up with the politics and bureaucracy of a large company without delivering on the benefits of either. Uncertain whether the Pico experience is a comedy or a tragedy. Surely not a romance!
