Does not live up to its mission! I found it impossible to maintain a work-life balance at the Pauli Freire School. I worked 16 hour days and even taught on Saturdays. Poor behavior schoolwide. Teachers who care about classroom management were not properly supported. Terrible facilities. The library was out of date. The computer lab was not function, even for important state testing. The school broke its promises to children. The students were promised iPads as a learning tool, this occurred briefly and was eliminated.
