Starting with the CEO... doesn't care much for the employees. Seems as if he only cares about his financial compensation in his role (bonuses). The CFO of this company is driven by his blind loyalty of the company. It's a good quality...... However, this can be a double edge sword. As he let's his extreme loyalty to the company get in the way of seeing the bigger picture - especially not treating his employees fairly and with little respect. The CFO knows his numbers but when it comes to communicating, mentoring, managing, teaching/explaining...one of the worst I've seen... Really lacks the people skills and the common sense to be a competent CFO. Not the sharpest tool in the shed. With that said, the company is basically run by the three C's (Didn't mention the COO above as he's the only decent adequate leader in the executive team). With the CEO & CFO being so inadequate & incompetent, it creates chaos for the entire company. For the most part this company is disorganized, lacks direction & vision, and lacks the execution necessary to take this company to the next level. Like I said before, the best part about this company is the mid level/managers. Group of individuals who are excellent in what they do & fun to be around. It's a shame that the executive/leadership team is incompetent to mentor these great group of people. Greed, selfishness, egotistical, blind loyalty....this sums up the leaders of this company..Now do you want to these leaders mentoring you? Please please please think twice before you consider taking a job offer at Mabey.
