Sexist, Unfair and Grueling Most sexist, grueling unfulling job I've ever had. They work their employees to the bone, the boss expects everyone to work like he does: all nighters, no lunch breaks everything that benefits HIM. Huge favoritism, very large turnover. Boss has his little pets and treats them as such. I had bedsores from working so long at desks, all nighter, the like. They don't care about your personal life or what you have going on. Its all work work work- they keep their staff small because they expect them to work an inhumane amount of hours that should be dispersed between more staff members. People are rude, not understanding and work with the bosses' agenda. The pay is very low and you do not get any overtime hours. Expect to NEVER be home for dinner or before 10pm. Its quite dangerous for the men in the shop working with dangerous machines as it is a huge liability working all night. The boss is an insane, pompous workaholic and expects everyone to be the same. It's awful- when you interview they make it seem like the greatest place to work, but it's literally slave labor. avoid at all costs.
