Nice coworkers, but NO reward for hard work and dedication.
The new web site for this company is pretty. But the career page indicates you will be rewarded for original thinking and hard work. This is a misleading statement. Being dedicated, working hard and putting in overtime without pay is never thanked here. There are no pay increases... ever. Employees feel "used", which is why there is high turnover at this firm. The culture of the company would greatly improve if there were (less profanity and) more respect and professionalism coming down from the top.
