High Turnover & Unhappy Employees If you value yourself worth, don't work for this company. Management will tell you "do as I say"- "not as I do". Management will tolerate abuse and they expect you to act as if nothing has happened. During meetings management will exsert a level of disrespect, verbal abuse, stomp on your work and toss you aside with words of kindness that should somehow make you feel like part of a team. If you are asked to consider a position in this company you need to double-check your self-esteem. A lions roar will not be heard = They will never hear what you have to say your title, expertise, and knowledge does not matter. ---You are only a trophy to display on their website--- A giraffe neck will not help you reach = They will tell you - "you can be successful" but they will not provide the support ---You can stand for what is right for the customer, they just want the review. --- A rhinoceros skin will not be thick enough = They will continue the verbally abuse, lack of respect until you had enough --- You are there to take in all kinds of disrespect, mistreatment, but do not say anything, at the end of the conversation "I was thankful for your work".--- A tiger speed will keep running in circles = They will never be satisfied
