BAD leadership The president of this company is improvident. The average lifespan of employees here is fewer than 2 years. When I was there, dozens upon dozens of employees were terminated without reason?most of them being there less than a year. The culture there is a fear based one. The president cares about numbers and making a name for himself instead of people and the overall mission. Extremely unhealthy culture. No concern for professional development.
