Run! Do not work here! They tell you it's all about patient care but it's not. It's all about numbers and making sure patients can be billed for a service most of them don't even want. Most patient's have no idea how they were enrolled in this service and the minute they receive a bill and realize they have to pay, they cancel. No one tells the patient's that this is a service they have to pay for. On top of that, there is constant micro managing. And bonuses? Don't count on it, even if your promised. They don't show up! The moral is horrible and the turnover rate is extremely unsettling. I'm also about 95% sure that any positive review came directly from the higher ups. The ONLY up side was working from home. Just don't do it.
