Definition of bait and switch
no guidance or mentorship -completely lied about the job I would have...they begged me to take a job and once I started they flipped the job around and had me doing tasks I had never done before...and never trained me. Talk about setting someone up for failure -lied about retention rate of employees, they only talk about the 5 people who have been there for a while but don't mention the MANY sales people who have left their company -management doesn't ever have good words to say about the sales people who have left them -clique-ie
