Don't Trust Upper Management Don't expect to grow or succeed with this co unless you are best buddies w/ upper mngt. I worked for MS for 5years and I am very disappointed with how management has changed and acted. They will take advantage/use their hard working employees and only promote those who hardcore kiss butt. If an employee has a good strategy or feed back that will help create sales, management will ignore it because they didn't think of it and then they will ignore and treat the employee like crap. They only want employee that don't think outside the box or make upper mngt. bad for not coming up with a good selling strategy. If there is an issue, you will never get a straight answer from mngt. They also try to blame someone else and when you get to the bottom of the issue they will flat out lie to you. Smoke screening is the way of life there. There are several more issues with this company but lying to and mistreating your good employees who make their sale goals and run the store when they aren't the store manager is a very very big issue.
