Awful experience in Odesus engineering I was an intern that they suddenly didn't need because of business changes. I was fine because I landed a much better gig right after and there was no harm done. That bit of unprofessionalism aside, there were other deeper problems. The lead engineer makes you feel like asking questions is a crime just to understand the low quality code. They will always have trouble retaining employees as long as he stays on the command. It feels like there was no plan to actually launch the product. The same engineer wants to do everything on his own because of his own control issues and that obviously doesn't work out. If you want to nurture a collaborative team environment, that guy is a toxic mix. In general, the place was terrible and has nothing to offer in their engineering team except for a distant promise that you'll learn a lot. Not true!
