Micro and passive aggression posed as professionalism I wrote the title of this review in a very calculated fashion. It took me a while to come to a safe space where I can discuss the emotional trauma I experienced working in this environment as a black woman. There is no upper level management that is representative of what AA look like. The stigma of confrontational or aggressive is placed upon you right when you walk through the door and you are literally walking on eggshells with upper level management all based upon the color of your skin. The work culture is non existent. Emails will be sent about you, false stories and words will be spread about you simple because you don?t resemble others in culture or ethnicity. Be careful with applying to this company. You will go through things days in and day out that are hard to come back from emotionally. And that is not an exaggeration. The PTO and vacation time you?re allotted is a joke. Mental health is the last thing on this company?s radar. Making the customers happy is their one and only priority.
