Type someone's name
Completed is the world's first standardized rating system for all people in business. Search for someone and rate them. If they don't exist, add them to Completed.
Not Progressive
For the most part everyone is very friendly and kind. Plenty of work coming in to keep busy. Cons No Human Resources department. If you have a problem in the office you are expected to let the partners know. Not a good system. There is no feedback system in place for lower level employees to let management know their thoughts. We once filled out a "Best Places to Work" type survey that lead to a lecture to the employees for giving bad reviews when the partners got the results. No changes were made when that happened. The environment is very conservative. There's a corporate-style dress code that is in place. Lots of sexist, homophobic, anti-immigrant comments fly around the office with little thought. When I brought up the lack of women (and general diversity) in the office I was told "this is the South." For a design firm the office is very tame, looks like an insurance office. The partners don't seem to want to invest in teaching/learning new technology that is standard in architecture at this point. There is a very loose training program in place but it falls on the current employees that have other work to do and are not being compensated for their extra time spent on teaching. Overall, this has been the least innovative or progressive place I have ever worked.
