Simply The Worst They refuse to give you the hours you need to become a licensed architect. - They dont believe in windows, natural day light, or time off. -They have a common practice of emailing you dirty emails complaining about you taking time off or using sick days. - They openly require a ridiculous amount of overtime minimum of 50 + hours a week and weekly reminders as well. The average work week could be anywhere from 50 to 80 hours a week. - Overtime is paid at a rate which lowers by the hour. (Nevada Law allowance) - Have a super low retention rate due to low pay, no work live balance, and an overall bad attitude towards the employees. - Communication in the office is so bad they will actually avoid telling one another when major changes are happening and then yell at interns for telling the other managers. - Lastly lets not forget about the fact that newbies with a masters degree may be making 35k which is extremely low overall in the U.S and are paying school loans while their boss maybe works half of the time each month and has enough cars to fill up a Las Vegas Parking Garage. Each one could easily pay off a student's loans...I suggest a better ratio between worker and work.
