Gossip and backstabbing...and now failure So, a lot of people have described this place like a high school, and I think that is accurate. The main 'mean girl clique' is fully supported by the CEO and the CSO, and they are allowed to do anything they want including undermining superiors, openly making fun of coworkers, and pitting clients against fellow Omelet employees. I've personally witnessed a director on the studio side tell a client the many reasons they should dislike one of the Omelet creatives. It was the most unprofessional things I've ever seen.
