Patients do not matter only insurance payments The entire premise of the company is built upon maximizing insurance payout over a duration of timed evaluations with a SCRIPTED, yes i said scripted progression of what to say, do, and tell a patient they must come for and wait to have evaluated. e.g. x rays today, go over tomorrow..even if you just developed them, they have to come back the next day to pay for another visit. Scripts are rehearsed in front of a 'trainer' to make sure you have memorized them and thus no patient is treated individually. E.g. so i hear you were recommended by ....., he/she is a great patient, wish i had a thousand more like him/her. Sound familiar? Some patients are even purposely seen even when referral would have been the proper course of action... thus delaying care (creates liability with malpractice). Unbelievable that people stoop this low to make money.
