Drawbacks outweigh the benefits but great if you LOVE sales First off, employee retention is record-breakingly high. Management is not on the same page. Some of the managers are great and some are seriously emotionally unstable. The bad managers are never reprimanded for (VERY) unprofessional behavior and it has caused several people to leave the company over time. Employees are just another number, similar to many larger companies, but at least larger companies have better benefits and standards. They require two weeks notice before leaving but will not allow you to work the last two weeks and so you will go without pay. They nickel and dime clients, physicians, and employees. Terrible place to work if you plan on having children anytime soon. It is definitely a male-driven company with only 1 female executive out of 6. One of the execs has openly joked about not hiring women anymore because they either "get married or have kids and lose motivation."
