Toxic Work Environment
No raises or reviews in the 2 years I worked there. There was no guidance, praise or effort to award employees for their hard work. Often worked overtime Management had no idea what they were doing and were completely disorganized. Was promised room for growth in interview but they could not care less about your future with them. Turnover rate was ridiculous (managing partner had about 35 assistants in 5 years). Hired people who were not qualified for their positions. The list goes on and on...
