Cheap Cheap Cheap !!!!
Very cheap company! Jewelry All Made in China !!! They mark up SOOOO HIGH! not worth the price for 14k gold !! they will pay you the lowest they can. they Don't appreciate your hard work and dedication, They set up higher goals every season so you cannot reach them so they don't have to pay you any bonus. even if you miss your goal by $100 only they will deny you your bonus. they will play you in every way possible , The Designer herself ( Rosanne Karmes ) She will spend $500 on her facial cream but she wont give you a raise or commission even though you generated $1 Million in sales a year .
