Do not work here under any circumstances! This place is now called incentivus health. I was there as a mental health therapist associate and was there August 2016 to November 2016 at both san Clemente offices, and was let go as the company did not want to pay me-give me employee benefits. This place is unethical and horrible management. The director has had his license revoked in another country-state due to incompetence and maltreatment. The clients had to attend counseling all day long and had no break room to relax in and had to sleep on the floor for a break. Group counselor had no freedom on how to do them as manuals were provided for group counseling. And the medical staff would ignore clients wellbeing not even giving them medicine for pain. Management would not support interns and very low pay. Also look up news about this place because a client died at the hands of this company in 2017 or 2018! Do not risk your mental health associate status-license or your lincensure for working at any of thier offices!!!!! There are much better and more ethical substance use mental health clinics to work at and help people with substance use and co-occurring disorders!
