Full Time Online Stylist Management has no idea what they are doing, both immediate and the CEO - Quality of the clothing is terrible, especially in relation to what they charge for it - Pay is low and commission might as well be non-existent - Turnover is high. I worked there for 8 months and in that time, at least 5 people left (some within a week of starting) and 5 more were hired. The team is not investing in quality employees. - Building was a warehouse with shoddy lighting and furniture. I spent half of my first week trying to find a computer that worked.
