Look elsewhere...seriously Where to begin... We went from extreme to extreme, with too much work for the amount of staff to very little. Management prides themselves on being "transparent", but continually makes very shady decisions with little thought to how it affects employees. They try to jump on the bandwagon for the next big thing in medical diagnostics - but with no feasible idea on how to actually execute it. They rely heavily on poorly trained lab techs instead of hiring (more expensive) CLSes. Staff was overworked and underpaid and left to make do with the bare minimum. I definitely don't see this company doing well in the future with the current management and founders. Greed is consuming this company and it won't be surprising if it goes bankrupt soon.
