A Bad Experience.
Co-workers are very fake and do not work towards a better environment. Management is non-existent so do not expect any growth within your role. Upper management do not communicate with each other. Each department does not communicate with each other. Lots of time is spent on fixing issues that develop due to the lack of communication. Engineering do not have clear instructions when developing product and features. They spend most of the time fixing issues that management causes due to lack of knowledge on how product is supposed to work. This leads to issues that hurt sales as features do not work as anticipated as released and the facilities immediately complain. Customer Service is the smallest group within the company without a manager. None of the employees in this group grow out of the role. Main problems come from worker payout as management attempts to keep all information provided as vague as possible. Nurses are just a number to management. The quality of the nurses on the platform are subpar and medical facilities are constantly complaining about them. The management do not seem concerned at all over the quality of nurses but more concerned with quantity of nurses active on the platform. Management will make exceptions over particularly horrible nurses. Nurses will have over a dozen facilities banning them, and management will do nothing about it. Amount of revenue generated by individual sales representatives are not devalued to team members. You do not know how much you generate and what you are worth. They do this no doubt to keep your salary low because you do not have anything to negotiate with. The culture is toxic and people are depressed working at the office. Management will only provide lunch or parties when either, a new employee shows up or if morale has reached a low point where they need to raise it. The upper management will lie to you. They have no qualms about telling falsehoods straight to your face. This is more apparent on Glassdoor as many of the 5 star reviews are written by them. You will be able to tell which ones as they are poorly written and non critical. They also sent out a communication to all employees over the George Floyd protests about diversity issues, but it was plagiarized straight from Tim Cook's internal memo at Apple. There are a lot of issues and if you value yourself and your worth as an individual, you will avoid working here. Also, working in Santa Monica sounds enticing but you will experience heavy traffic and upscale prices as the office is located in the tourist area.
