A toxic workplace disguised as a socially responsible company. Don't be fooled. Grossly mismanaged. I?ll echo what some of the other reviews have said: Chris, the CEO, is a nut job?yikes. He's erratic, micromanages, doesn't trust us to do our jobs, changes his mind every week, and when it comes down to it, doesn't care about his employees or their well-being. Since Scholly is a very small company, you can?t escape him. Everyone's disposable. Turnover is VERY high (be sure to ask about it). People have been fired for speaking their mind. Almost half the staff have been fired or quit this year alone. Leadership doesn't know how to steer this sinking ship. There's always secrecy around how "profitable" the company really is...makes you wonder... My advice for potential job applicants: take the job only if you're desperate but don?t expect to stay here long. Chances are that lack of direction and culture of fear that upper management creates will drive you out. Working here isn't going to do much for your career..or your mental health.
