Absolute joke Hmmmmm where to start? Management is a joke. A bunch of ex-drug addicts. They have no idea how to manage a department (with the exception of maybe one person, Will W.) They will stand around while their department is struggling on a crowded Saturday night. The general manager apparently believes her job is just to stand around and tell everyone what to do but when something goes wrong its NEVER her fault. Promotions are based on only if the general manager likes you, not actually based on your work performance. Favoritism runs rampant there. Working there itself is awful. Low pay for what they tell you to do. Turnover rate is so horrid the business won't release the actual number. The employees that do manage to stick around are overworked and underpayed. They tell you that you get an evaluation every 6 months and at that point you are eligible for a raise. But very very VERY few do (see part about favoritism). And the few that do get a measley 25-50 cent raise will inevitably get fired because Andrettis will find someone else to do it and pay them less. I tell everyone looking for a job to avoid this place because I would not wish this upon my worst enemies.
