ADP= A Death Penalty
Where do I begin... The worst thing about this company is the money hungry CEO. I'm shocked she even has a business license since she has no understanding of how to run one and continually violates employment laws. The amount of work in the office isn't evenly distributed and there's no financial reward for an unrealistic client load. The CEO has no understanding of the services she sells and will push unrealistic goals due to her lack of knowledge. Hard work won't get you ahead at this company- the only thing that will advance you is befriending the CEO- More of "A Sorority" than "A Design Partnership."
