American Liars It?s been said if you take care of your employees they will take care of you... not here. They do not look out for you. They will lie to you about everything and talk behind your back. Just like middle school. They lie to the parents of the students and try to blame everyone but themselves. Zero accountability it is always a blame game. It?s the same way they treat employees you will be blamed for managements mistakes even if told to do it that way. They will also try to take money away from their employees by forcing them to stay and not willing to pay them for their time. Unacceptable. They give a ?bonus? to a lot of ?Seniors? and this bonus is actually making you work more for less. At tax time you pay the full tax on this ?bonus?. However they sell it like it?s a raise/promotion. They accept foreign students that do not understand English. Why? Because they can make money and do not care if they finish or not. You as the instructor can tell them they don?t understand English and they will sit you down and tell you to train them. ?Eventually? they will get it is what they will explain to you or that it?s your fault they don?t understand English. Last time I checked the position was for CFI not an ESL teacher. It wastes your time and the students money. American liars doesn?t care about the student. Just money. You WILL be put in awkward situations where you are being pressured to sign someone off because upper management says so. Do not put your certificate or the students life on the line by doing this. Do not work here as tempting as it may be in desperate times. There is always something else.
