Associate The place is a joke. No salary, only commission. They have no contacts in the industry and only use their associates to try and gather contacts for management by having associates walk door to door or cold calling - they take so much advantage. Even if you bring in a lead, they make you do all the work on the deal and still take most of the commission from you. The office is a joke and some people that work there aren't even licensed which made me want to quit right away! This place is a revolving door - they try to sell you the job and everyone leaves soon after they start because they realize how unprofessional the place really is. Do yourself a favor and don't get near KGCRE.
