Avoid at all costs Upper management has no idea what they're doing. Every C-level and most VPs are buddies with the CEO and/or came from his former business. * Turn-over is sky high and someone is either leaving or being fired every few months. This also leads to no communication and you have no idea whats going on most of the time. Co-workers get let go and they don't even tell you. * The CEO keeps adding companies through acquisition, then demanding the tech be integrated within crazy timelines, along with the already giant list of features he wants - leading to long hours, overworked staff, and burn-out. * Upper management has a "my way or the highway" attitude about pretty much everything, so forget trying to suggest ways to do something, if you're even allowed to work on their special teams in the first place.
