Avoid At All Costs Toolots is very outdated with low wages and regular berating from the owner and upper management. The building is filled with pests and other infestations. Workload is very heavy and with computer systems that are old. Questionable work practices that could be unethical and unlawful. Several covid19 outbreaks, dirty common rooms. High turnover. Does not value diversity or promoting from within. Owner does not listen to management which results in more issues in all departments. Late pay and little employee benefits. No employee perks. The work environment is unstable due to the ongoing problems. Job security is always at risk making the workplace tense from the warehouse and office. Under no circumstances can I reccomend anyone work, shop or partner with this company and its ownership. This is the most miserable place and if you value you're money or career just don't do it.
