Avoid Being A Turnover Statistic Now Extremely toxic environment and the culture is fear based. The way people act stems from the Executive Director (currrent is Chad Murphy) and trickles down to the leaders that are afraid of him and are unqualified to be in their positions. Additionally, they make current employees feel like they can't leave and continuously put people down and bully them. Very negative morale and people bond by talking about how much they hate people in leadership and how much they hate their job. The work can be very micromanaged and although you will be told you have a lot of free reign, you really are forced to go along with the Exec Directors ideas and disagreeing with him is frowned upon.
