Leaders make promises that don't care to follow through on. Heads of firm largely semi-retired and looking to squeeze as much money out before departing in full. Best days behind. Losing revenue-generating partners and litigation (and maybe RE) only thriving departments. Once Patty retires, firm will lose most of its revenue.
