Best place to Tear people down This organizations? management thrives on belittling people, breaking people down and messing with your esteem. The COO who manages most people has no compassion or people skills. Definitely a lot of nepotism and the Leadership seems just fine with it. They blame it on the workers instead of looking at themselves and leader styles. Awful place to be. 95% of employees are unhappy here and looking elsewhere for work.
