CAUTION - Unethical owner, and a company with huge turn over! Where do I start! The owner, Mr. Fox is off the charts with Micromanagement. 1.) Blowing up my cell phone (when I was off the clock/weekends) asking about clients and pending sales.) 2.) Changing the bonus structure EVERY month, and doing this in the middle of the month setting new goals and quotas . This would be done when you were surpassing your quota...just to make it difficult to be over quota. 3.) TURN OVER of Account Managers is off the charts with this company. Mr. Fox has a "churn'em and burn'em style of management...basically hire new reps to open a multitude of accounts, and soon as the reps is making too much money, he will fire them and bring in a "rookie" to handle these established accounts for less money. I witnessed this time and time again, so I resigned before he could fire me (even after winning Sales Rep of the Month, multiple times) I have never witnessed so many top earners being fired or quitting in a company in my life. Truly a revolving door mentality.Worst company I have ever worked for, hands down.
