CEO needs to go.
Stated from an earlier review, CEO is PAINFULLY and obnoxiously cheap. All of his employees are overworked, underpaid, and downright treated like garbage. He has zero clue what is truly going on with his own company. Our thoughts and opinons do not matter to him or the upper management. GA office stayed understaffed and the supervisor there constantly went above and beyond for his team. CEO has favorites in the other locations and it shows. What's the point of PTO when we're so understaffed that we can't even use it? We were lucky to be closed on the major holidays. If Steve had it his way, he would have us work 7/365 and not give a dang. He's ungrateful to his long term employees. Steve demands that others continually take on more and more work load without any type of compensation. If someone is fired, supervisors are forced to take on that persons work load while Steve refuses to hire replacements. Also, he does not value a work/life balance. He doesn't hesitate to force his supervisors to work on their weekends rather than offering to pay OT to hourly employees. Steve is all around a terrible CEO. He does not know how to manage/treat his employees. He only knows how to penny pinch.
