CEO Subpar Management Style CEO unexperienced and immature, like someone said above, they use people and say they are permanent when they are really just temporary, the office space is old and dirty, no benefits, no grievance procedure, unorganized management with no consistency, getting written up and blamed for things you didn't do, They have a tight budget and you will be sacraficed without justification or cause. Management is callous and simply does not care what it does to people. Needs to take a management course or two. Lets emotions take over rational thinking. Management style equivalent to that of Hotdog on a Stick-- or similar establishment-- where you get written up for petty things all the time.
