Company is a joke, and really just a stop-gap until you find something else The company is very poorly run and managed. There is no growth trajectory for young associates, as they are expected to make calls, set meetings, and that is it. Senior level doesn't want to spend the time or effort training associates to handle and manage their own clients. It is a churn and burn atmosphere. They expect associates to set meetings and than hand the clients over to senior leadership. Associates never have any interaction with their clients after this point, and therefore can?t build any kind of relationship with them. Mohr Partners loses business because of this ?bait and switch? approach. Their pay and compensation structure is an absolute joke. Relative to industry standards, they will do everything they can to not pay you your true value. This is one of the many reasons why people leave the company. I have never seen such excessive turnover at a company before. I saw 5 people quit from a single team, 3 CFO?s, and multiple senior leadership changes in the span of 3 years. Mohr can't even keep senior or C-level leadership in place for longer than a year. They have lost some very talented and smart individuals because of the work culture. I would strongly advise against working here. If you ask anyone that works in the commercial real estate industry, they will tell you the same thing. I wouldn't be fooled by the 4-star and positive reviews. That is senior management asking current or new employees to write good reviews, so that it will bolster the company's overall rating. They have zero integrity. It is unfortunate as there are a handful of great people at this company, but the company does not value anyone that is not senior leadership or C-level. I would strongly recommend taking you time, effort, and business to another firm.
