Company is based on lies and unethical practices The positive reviews are fake. I know this because I was asked to write them when I worked there. - Working here is a waste of time. You will most likely be replaced by virtual assistants who get paid $2/ hour. -Leadership at this company does not care about ethics at all. Interns are unpaid, swim instructors don't need to be certified or licensed, customers don't get refunds.. despite what is advertised. -There is a lot of office politics and conspiring between management and the CEO. The CEO will make it very clear to all employees if she's firing someone... except to the person she's firing. She will openly bash employees at meetings to other employees. -The CEO is very condescending and patronizing toward employees. -To anyone who is thinking of working here either as a full-time employee, intern, or swim instructor/lifeguard... just read the reviews on Google, yelp, etc. It is what it is.
