Company is not worth any professional's time First off, ignore the "positive" comments. They're not real. Upper management, the president specifically, is by far the worst person I've worked for in my professional career. She has absolutely no regard for the people who work for her. She's constantly, on a daily basis, putting the team down. Even after they successfully turn in work that clients love. She will berate and scold you to a pulp over the most minimal mistakes, let alone the bigger ones. She treats everyone like children that she needs to reprimand. She's the queen of micromanagement and intimidation. She will look over your shoulder as you write emails or do anything on your computer. If she doesn't like what she sees, she will make you feel like the smallest person in the world. Her "constructive" criticism means yelling at you. Her opinion, ultimately, is the only opinion that counts in the company. Employees don't work to make the clients happy, they work so she doesn't yell at them. She tries to change her ways only to return to herself when the work/stress increases. What's worse, the other person in charge does nothing as he sees her damaging the company and the employees. They're not innovative, they don't invest in new programs or technology. Because of this, employees, who are very talented, lose steam and encouragement faaaast. They are not proactive (why be proactive if you're going to get yelled at?). The work can be rewarding but it will cost you a lot of stress and anxiety. Not worth it. If you take anything from this review: don't get near this company.
