Constant changes with little transparency Majority of C level staff are men. They don?t work well together. Their lack of respect for each other makes it difficult to get things done (they ignore each other?s requests for support on projects, don?t show up for meetings they?ve agreed to attend, etc.) The company has felt unorganized for a while and a lot of empty promises about change have been made. There has been a steady amount of turn over and most vacant positions have gone unfilled. In addition, there?s a huge lack of diversity within leadership. Again, the big decision makers are mostly men (who don?t work well together). While the company has joined Free the Bid and made many statements about inclusivity in the work place - it?s hard to take those pledges seriously when there are barely any women or people of color at the top. Lastly, the lack of transparency amongst the company and staff. Executives have left the company and no notice has been given from upper level management to the staff. There have been leadership changes without explanation of what the new leader?s role entails. A lot of people are asked to take on responsibilities that are different than their job description and get overwhelmed with assignments they never expected to take part in.
