Employee morale is at rock bottom. The entire global executive management team should be replaced immediately. They tend to sit in conference rooms and come up with ?brilliant plans? for which they pat each other on the back and tell themselves that they are luminary business strategists. The EMT is an echo chamber and completely disconnected from the day to day operations of the business and changes strategy so often that a previous strategic change can?t be even be partially implemented before they are off and racing in some new direction. In the end all of the change, lack of a cohesive vision, and real processes become exhausting to the rank and file. The organization places no value on it?s human capital. All positions are viewed as totally fungible. People are seen as plug and play in this company. It?s a real challenge to watch vast swathes of institutional knowledge walk out the revolving door and then be expected to produce results.
