DO NOT GO TO WORK HERE Everything is a con. Benefits suck because their self funded insurance and tell you when you can and can?t go to the er and there is no hippa because they can see everything your going to the dr. for. Management sucks. Far behind on industry standards not sure how they haven?t been shut down. Cut corners for their benefit not to meet customer request. Employees are miserable no complaints are taken seriously against managers. They expect you to succeed with no training. Certain managers don?t have any idea of how to build a harness but they are in charge of the shop floor. Engineering is not engineers. They beat on operators to get things built but work instructions suck then you get in Trouble for doing it wrong. This place is not where you want to work or do business.
