Do not work here. Management is the worst. the management here is awful and does not practice what they preach. not only are people talked down to on a daily basis but some employees are scheduled to work every weekend while other, more favored employees somehow were off almost every weekend. so many inconsistencies when it comes to rules/procedures - rules were only enforced if someone was in a mood. no real customers on a day to day basis - just stand around and dust the store. when the dusting is done - we dust again cause aint no one gonna hit their goal in this place.
