Do NOT work here Minimal training, field rides with manager are minimal, no accountability with shipping, wholesalers have sometimes a 2 week delay in getting your drug in, poor (literally) compensation plan. Worst of all, upper management TRULY does not value you as an employee. The CEO is arrogant and impulsive, treats managers and employees disrespectfully. If he doesn?t like you, he?ll find a reason to get rid of you. High turnover rate in this company for a reason. Not willing to invest in valuable training to assist your success. Sink or swim! Very difficult to swim...the Presidents Club winner gets 10 scripts a week..that?s it.
