Do Not Work Here The Owner is very rude and disrespectful. He does not value his employees and has terrible problem resolution skills. He has no experience with how to treat others because he has never been in a position to receive criticism. The benefits and pay are not enough to have to deal with the disrespect you have to endure. Also, you have to be mindful of workplace gossip and other employees stepping on your toes. The turnover rate is extremely high and you would be wasting your time even applying. Save yourself a headache. There are several other logistics companies that are far greater.
